Rainy has been absolutely wonderful caring for my aunt while she is in the nursing home! My aunt has been there for many years now and every time I go to visit her, she is always talking about how kind, patient, and attentive she is! It’s such a relief knowing she’s in such good hands with someone who truly cares, and will treat her like family! You can tell Rainy goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and loved. We’re so grateful for her compassion and dedication — she’s truly a blessing!

I recently did a tour and assessment at Apple Springs for my father. I called Apple springs and Rainy answered the phone and set up a tour for me and my dad to come see the community. Rainy was not at the community when I did the tour or the assessment but something that stood out was she called after both were finished to follow up and see how they were and if I had any further questions. This really stood out and means a lot to me! 10/10 customer service! I can’t wait to continue working the amazing staff at Apple Springs in hopes my dad becomes a resident there!

Rainy Graber was absolutely amazing during our visit to Apple Springs. She gave my family and me a thorough tour of the community and went above and beyond by inviting us to a wonderful family event held on the third Sunday of every month. She was so warm and welcoming that we instantly felt at home. As soon as a room becomes available, I can’t wait to move my family member into this beautiful, caring community. Thank you, Rainy, for making us feel like part of the Apple Springs family already!
