I am enjoying Anchor Bay Pocasset very much. One month has sped by. People are very welcoming and my stress level has dropped immensely from my previous location which felt like a hospital and was top-heavy w manager positions and function rooms. I know I will meet many more people and become more involved as time goes by. Thank you all!

I highly recommend Anchor Bay Memory Care Unit. The team, the front office, the entire staff (nurses, nurses aides, cleaners and more) have and exhibit compassion. I apologize for not knowing more names, but I acknowledge Robin and Connie for setting the foundation for Cheryl’s care. This important foundation is what the staff builds upon. Residents in memory care are seen and have their needs tended to throughout the day, from morning routines getting them ready to participate in daily activities and until everyone is tucked in at night. They are met each day with hearts and hands to help make the best of their day ahead. I believe the best health care comes from those who have answered a calling. I for one (and I know my family agrees) saw this caring first hand. Our dearest sister and mother experienced the comfort and more contentment in her day because of their kindness, compassion and professionalism. Thank you to each and every member of the team who work in the Memory Care Unit. You too are seen and respected. You are gifts to us and to your residents. Thank you. Deborah Bassett

Highly recommend this facility. Mom was in the memory care section and she was happier than we had seen her in many years. The nurses and staff were fabulous so we never had any worries about her care. The facility was clean and the meals/snacks were very good. The activities were great and mom participated and enjoyed all the games and festivities.
