Regarding jennifer romero. We have a fantastic staff at American house hereon hash. But the epitome of that staff is Jennifer Romero. If All American houses had another Jennifer Romero, what a great world this would be. I have known her for over a rear. Great, great staff member, but she also has become my friend.

American House is OK, barely. It is clean and most staff are friendly. It does not begin to live up to the overly exagerated hyperbole and aggressive marketing which I mistakedly believed. I kept thinking it would get better and I wanted to like it. be very csreful many of the positive reviews were written by staff...IE the chef wrote "food is great" IT IS NOT It is boring, poorly prepared with mushy veggies. Even stir fry is mushy Many of us buy and prepare our own food even though we pay for theirs. Corporate decides what and when we eat. No flexibility California Blend is serrved several times a week why? The few times something interesting appeared on the menu none was available They used to iffer choice of entrees. Not anyh more. Desserts are almost non-existent. Only served at lunch, if your server feels like bringing some. Dinner "chef's choice" consists of popsicles after many rfesident complaints they finally added different salads in addition to the wilted lettuce and dried out carrots. They serve an abundance of deep fat fried foods. until recently happy hours were euchre and billiards Beer and pop was in a locked frig. Payng $80,000 for inferior food is outrageous. Several months into my lease my rent was raised $800 a month. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Oasis it was reduced. there are no gardens.....you can walk in a parkling lot STaff pay little attention to detail ie schedule outing to venues which sre closed. Or for a great lunch at grocery store, not a restaurant. Concierge servies are not 12 hours daily. Many days there re none at all. WHen they are there they are only available a few hours as thye are given other tasks Often actvities are described on Facebook but not to residents. They often dont even exist I suspect eventually Americsan House may be viable option for elderly. It is not there yet snacks are apples and oranges, no chips pretzles crackers etc.

Hi, this is Madeline Hicks. I love it at American house Meridian. It’s a wonderful place to live Everyone here is very helpful but one stands out that’s exceptional our concierge Jennifer Romero. She’s efficient kind hard-working works over and above her duties and everybody is appreciative of her. She just doesn’t walk around here. She flies around here for everyone. We would be at great loss If Jen Ever left American house.

I wouldn’t recommend american house to any one looking for a comfortable and caring place for their loved ones. From the moment you walk in there is a noticeable lack of attention to detail, the staff seem stretched thin, the food is bland, and jeremiah is real piece of work, you can just tell he doesn’t care.
