I can’t say enough wonderful things about American House..From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was the right place for my mother. The staff is not only highly trained, but incredibly compassionate and patient. They treat my mom with genuine kindness and dignity every single day. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with the residents’ needs in mind. There are engaging activities, calming spaces, and a true sense of community. I’m constantly impressed by the level of communication and care planning — we always feel informed and included. Most importantly, my mother is happy, safe, and well-cared for Which she did not experience in the facility that she was in before! Thank you to everyone at American House for giving our family such comfort and confidence in this next chapter!!

We Moved my dad in to American House back in February and we have had a great experience. He was really going through a difficult time after losing my Mother and we credit the staff for helping him back to the good spirited Man he was prior to losing her. We feel good knowing he’s in a place where people are happy to be there, the staff care and we do consider American house to be part of our family now.

Recently moved my mother in law to Memory Care at American House from another facility and we are elated we made the move. At her previous community we felt she was declining due to lack of care and activity but now she’s upbeat, interacting with the other residents and we can see the light it’s brought out of her. Carley really helped walk us through the process and Karen the memory care manager and her team have been great. We are happy we moved her and most importantly she’s happy too.

My mother is in American House memory care. We moved her due to heart breaking negligence at her previous Memory Care facility. I cannot express how happy we are here. The care is excellent and the staff is top notch! You will never be disappointed, putting your parent in the MemoryCare At American House. 5 stars all the way.
