Alto Hickory Creek

My grandparent has been staying here for quite some time and the staff is absolutely amazing, super attentive and always go the extra mile when needed. I’ve never seen more professional workers in the way they handle any situation, any concerns at all that I’ve had they’ve went above and beyond to ease my mind and make sure things sail smoothly every time. Thank you to all the staff including DeShea for showing me around in the beginning as well as Diana for being very thorough and kind. The nurse Debbie and the care coordinator Alanna were incredibly knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with putting my loved one here. They will definitely be number one on my list when the time is right for assisted-living.

I can’t say enough great things about this assisted living facility. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm and welcoming environment. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable, safe, and well cared for. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of friendly faces. The residents are treated with dignity and respect, and it’s clear the staff take pride in the work they do every single day. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such caring hands. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where compassion, professionalism, and quality care truly matter.

My wife and I been here at Alto Hickory Creek in memory care ( for safety and care for my wife) for almost a year and a half. The staff here is simply awesome. They are very supportive and careing of the residents. We enjoy the on-premise therapy, the open bar in the evening, bingo in the afternoon, crafting, and other activities. The bingo is especially fun because the points received are like cash at the pre-Christmas auction. We got a great pillow and food among other things. Everyone enjoyed the bidding process. The location is absolutely the best in Brevard county especially if you are in Titusville/north Brevard. We visited 8 ALFs and could not find a better place. Y’all come on down - you will love it.

The building is beautiful as soon as you walk in you feel like you could be on vacation or something. Deshea showed me rooms for my grandma that made me feel like she would not only have access to care when needed but the list of activities she could participate in she wouldn't feel alone. The location is good too !!! I would definitely recommend Hickory Creek if looking at options for assisted livings !
