After being a home owner for the past 19 years, I am relieved that I no longer have to worry about the upkeep, whether it be inside or out. The entire staff at Affinity at Southridge goes above and beyond to address any situation that may require attention, and they do it with a smile. It's a very positive atmosphere to be able to live here and call home.

It has been such a great experience living here at Affinity at Southridge. The onsite manager and team are professional kind and have been very helpful my entire stay living here. Chrysta toured me and showed me around the community and it was such a fast process to move in my apartment was in mint condition and the community is a great place to live. I have been living here at Affinity at Soutgridge for almost two years now. I have felt accepted, comfortable and the staff here are amazing. I have met so many interesting people and it has impacted me in such a positive way that has allowed me to come out of my shell. I love hot tub and pool, I have made friends that have made a huge difference in my life at Southridge. Before I came here I was literally isolated and alone. Here I am blooming and I feel so thankful and over joyed. And the EVENTS! The variety of entertainment that Southridge team puts on has been so remarkable. The game show was so much fun!! I feel so accepted here and I plan to live here forever! If you're looking please stop in and meet the staff they are so helpful and the apartments themselves are so beautiful and if you need anything Joe and Jonathan are always available to help! Move to Affinity at Southridge. This is a place live your best life!

My experience living here is finding people that are wonderful and feel like family. The staff here makes living here so easy and comfortable. You’re close to everything here at Southridge and all the amenities here cover everything that anyone could want in their retirement. The amount of events to keep us all having fun every month is great! They have events all the time for special occasions. Keeps us busy! If you’re looking for a place to call home, move to Affinity at Southridge! I finally found a place to call home. The best place to live in tri cities for independent living.
