Affinity at Southridge

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this community and the amazing staff who work there. Knowing that my grandmother is so active and involved in the events and parties organized by the office staff gives our family great peace of mind. The women in the office are kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the residents. Their care and attention bring comfort not only to the residents but also to their families. We especially appreciate that this is an independent living community , where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence while still receiving exceptional support and care. Every staff member we have met has been friendly, attentive, and genuinely treats the residents like family. The community itself is always clean, welcoming, and filled with warmth. Residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, and it is clear that the staff goes above and beyond to create a happy and comfortable environment. My grandmother absolutely loves living there, and seeing her smile and enjoy herself means everything to us. We are beyond grateful for the incredible care and support she receives each and every day. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a loving, trustworthy, and supportive home for their family member.

I have been living here for 12 years. And I have had a great experience thus far. The community is currently undergoing updates which once fully done I will adjust my rating to 5 stars. Proof over promises is what it comes down to. I am getting new carpet after all this time and I am pleased by this accommodation. The staff here do the best they can to accommodate everyone living here. That has always been my experience. They're wonderful to work with. Thank Affinity At Southridge.

I just moved in! Staff is encouraging and warm. Residents at this point have been helpful and informative. It feels like a family and community of support vs regular apartment living. So many events lots of food, fun and kind people. And the pool and hot tub leisure side of things is a HUGE PLUS.

My experience living here is finding people that are wonderful and feel like family. The staff here makes living here so easy and comfortable. You’re close to everything here at Southridge and all the amenities here cover everything that anyone could want in their retirement. The amount of events to keep us all having fun every month is great! They have events all the time for special occasions. Keeps us busy! If you’re looking for a place to call home, move to Affinity at Southridge! I finally found a place to call home. The best place to live in tri cities for independent living.
