I'm a holistic nutritionist and offered workshops at Affinity SouthPark Meadows. I had very easy time working through all the scheduling and the actual presentations. The staff was always very helpful in setting up the technology part (connecting to the WiFi and their TV system). When I had issues someone was always available. It will be my pleasure to come back and do more workshops for the residents. They told me that every month they waited for my 'life changing' presentations.

I have lived in Affinity at South Park Meadows for almost two years and I love it. It is a special place filled with friendly people who care about one another. And pets are welcome. Our management team (Deanna, Melissa, Aisha) is to-notch. They treat the residents with respect and dignity. And they provide us with various activities for every interest. We are close to abundant shopping and entertainment options such as cafes, theaters and festivals. We have an in-house movie theater that plays recent movies and classics from the past. We have happy hour every week. There is an array of games: cards, dominoes, pool and 8 ball, stretch class, meditation, yoga, swimming, gardening, art class, woodworking shop exercise room and on and on... There is easy access to hospitals, doctors offices and emergency clinics. One of the high points of Affinity is our library. Our super librarian, Kathy, keeps our selection of books up to date and open to all residents. She also hosts our weekly "mind games" get together where we share crossword puzzles, seek and find puzzles, and various selections to keep our minds sharp and nimble. You will have the ability to explore the area on foot and feel safe as you move around. Affinity enjoys a welcoming atmosphere that affords opportunities to meet new people. Please consider Affinity at Southpark Meadows as a place to spend your golden years. You will love it!

Affinity at Southpark Meadows offers an impressive array of amenities, refined communal spaces, and beautifully designed apartments. However, it is the ongoing resident events and exceptional attention to detail that truly distinguish the community. The professionalism with which the property updates and ongoing staff day to day interactions are handled is exemplary. Having experienced renovations/rehab before elsewhere, I have to say that the Affinity is by far the most efficient transition that I've lived through. Well done 👏
