There are many reasons to like it here. My wife and I have lived here for 6 years in the same apartment. We chose Affinity because it offered lots of varied activities that we could do, allowing our apartment for basic needs and a very large activity and recreation room for our discretionary use. We meet many people in the activities that are available to us which is wholesome. The management staff and maintenance staff are friendly, professional and courteous which makes our living experience very pleasant. We chose Affinity at Puyallup just after it opened, and our kids were thrilled and said "You can't leave here today without putting down a deposit" We followed that advice. There are many many positives and very few negatives. The one that comes to mind is that the apps for the phone and tablet could be improved to make it easier for communication with staff and other residents. It is a real opportunity to have apps with lots of information that "senior" residents could use, such as transportation options and how to use them, how to order groceries from local stores such as Safeway, Walmart, etc. since they are close by. There are other areas of possibilities to have in the app to help residents get services from local vendors. We like it and are willing to share our experience with others. Norm and Andrea

Affinity at Puyallup is a great place to live. The building is quiet and kept immaculate. The leasing staff is very friendly, always helpful, and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Maintenance responds to requests promptly. Especially Glenn for been such a nice and knowledgeable person. No complaints.

The property is quiet and pleasant. Glenn has been a huge help here. A true treasure for the property. Maintenance is quick to respond to things I need fixed in my apartment and the office staff are helpful and answered any questions I had

Affinity at Puyallup is a wonderful community! I spent several days on the property and the residents are so welcoming, the building beautiful and inviting, and the staff are top notch! This 62+ community, from the moment you step through the front doors, to their many community spaces, countless amenities, and friendly staff, to your own front doors and the beautiful apartments they offer, invite you in and welcome you home
