Recently, we moved into Affinity at Nampa IDAHO, It was a difficult decision after being in our home for over 40 years in a neighborhood that I watched being developed built on and many families coming and going throughout the years, it was time for us to make a change after all we are in the are in endgame of our life therefore-wanted it to be the best part of life so Moving here at Affinity meant a lot to me, especially when it comes to the people. The staff here at affinity are remarkable young women whom I am so proud of ,and have gotten to know them. my working career was the Medical field, it was necessary we had strong teams that worked together, lives, depended on it. We knew how to dance with each other methodically as we went about our business in the ER that I worked in. The young women in management here sometimes are two and sometimes or four it runs so smoothly because the things that are important to these young women is each other and that permeates into the lives of everyone who lives here at Affinity it is important, our commitment to our fellow workers how we treat each other how we support each other it counts for everything in our performance. It is so visual to the person on the sidelines to see a team that work so well with respect for each other and the residence who live here, the company that hires these women and the philosophy that this company has is remarkable their mission statement is everything that I have talked about the commitment to one’s well-being in a community that they all are proud of and are content to live in, especially in the endgame of their life. this world of ours is so full of struggles so much anger and mistrust. It is so very important that where we live we are greeted each day with that warmth and the smiles, plus emotional stability these young women bring each day to their job and sets that table of humanity with a spirit of love and respect. I know some days they are burdened down with complaints but never do they show. It’s a bother. There is always a caring spirit about them Affinity and their mission statement of caring for people and the community and what the community has to offer in the spirit of love and respect for each other is exactly what these women bring to the table. Thank you, Affinity for the ladies you’ve hired and for the work that they do bless them through their laborers that each day they rise with that same spirit and are able to continue the job they do thank you so much. And children of elderly people please rest assure we take care of each other here that is the spirit that we all bring to this community and it’s backed up by the management and followed up by them in the way they treat us. Thank you.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Not only is the staff amazing but the residents are too. The apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are top notch and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The application process is super easy. The complex is quiet and the hospital is across the street. I feel safe and that's very important to me. If you're even curious, I highly suggest taking a tour.

Heidi gave us a wonderful tour of a 2 BR which sounded great; however, the 2nd BR is no where big enough for a 2nd person to actually live comfortably in. We were back down in the office and going through pricing and were told once we applied and put down our $300 deposit on our apartment of choice that we would get a response in typically 72 hours. We asked what happens if you should happen to be declined and were told that if we were declined our deposit money would be returned in 10 days. We were indeed declined but we have not received our money back. It's now been roughly 60 days and numerous phone calls and visits to the office we still have not received a refund. We have been lied to by pretty much everyone that works there. One saying the check was mailed. One saying oh no you probably won't get your money back (apparently that one was telling the truth). Before you consider making this your home I would seriously read every review and go down every avenue to make sure that you don't have a repeat of our story

First I am not 55+ I’m 23 but from my POV the prices (even if all inclusive) are absolutely insane. This kinda feels like a better call Saul sandpiper crossing situation (NOT LITERALLY) it’s just over priced and seems to the outside perspective as a manipulation tactic to drain hard working old folk of their income. For example, my apartment is 2b x 2b and 1200 sq ft and with rent, WiFi, power and utilities included I pay 1645 a month and we have a tennis court, playground, basketball court.
