ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience since the moment, I took a tour…. Then immediately sign my lease…. Best decision I have ever done on a wimp!!! Erik, Meghan & Johnathon are all so professional but yet treat you like you belong and as family…. Professional in the sense you have a issue, it’s addressed immediately!!! Ryan the Maintenance and Jon both are phenomenal! Maya the cleaning lady is simple the best too!! We are truly spoiled here weekly, between donuts and meals, it just unbelievably.. Everyone here is so kind and nice!! The amenities that are included in rent which is basically everything… Are cleaned, well maintained, stocked and available 24/7…. LOVE THIS PLACE AND ALL OF MANAGEMENT!!! Don’t know if I’ll ever leave🙂

I was the 4th person to move into Affinity in July 2018, and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made! The staff we have now is absolutely the BEST ever thanks to the dedication of Erik Nesheim, Jonathan Martinez, Megan Leahy and our maintenance people, Ryan and John! It is a perfect combination to make our community the best ever. There is always something wonderful going on, and we have a great community of residents! I plan on staying here as long as Erik is here, which better be a LONG time! Erik always listens and takes actions to keep everything going smoothly, and I thank Erik for that. It is retirement at its finest! Thank you Erik and crew! We love it here!

Affinity at Eagan has been a wonderful place for my family. The community is clean, welcoming and full of life. Erik especially is kind attentive and truly care about the residents. There's a great mix of amenities that keep everyone engaged and connected. It's a supportive environment. Highly recommend!!

Although the accommodations were very nice , the attitude toward pets was not nice. For a place that promotes pet friendly, the staff needs to be kinder and the so called dog park should have landscape materials comfortable for pets not sharp edged gravel to potty on. Maybe it’s improved. I hope so.
