I learned about Affinity from friends who had signed up to move to the new facility when it opened. I took one look at the floor plans, the amenities, and discussed the pool they intended to have and signed up!! When Affinity opened on October first, I was the second move in. I love Affinity at Broadmoor. We have community activities often and special events. We have everything you need and want. And the pool!! Awesome. Come visit and see for yourself.

Let me tell you!!! I haven’t even moved in yet and in fact am moving from the East Coast and I already feel at home! Kimberly, Fauniel, and others have been SOoooo helpful and pleasant. They have answered my myriad of questions without a single moment of annoyance. I told them I would be arriving prior to my car and my belongings showing up and they offered for me to stay in the GUEST SUITE (yes they have those!) FOR FREE!! Who does that these days?! They do. And the website is maybe one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of perusing. It sold me before I ever spoke to the ladies but then they put the icing on the cake and sealed the deal. Such a smooth and worry free process for me. I feel so welcomed and I haven’t even stepped foot on the premises yet! God has really sent me to a jewel. Can’t wait to share more about it when I get there soon!

I moved here in November & am so happy I did. I do more now than I have ever done. The people are awesome. The staff is awesome as well.

I live here. We just had a community rally and they informed us of many improvements. Answered many questions. Gave us a published event calendar. I could have not asked for a more informative meeting! I love it here.
