Enjoyable stay this past week the Affinity in west Pasco WA - Broadmoor. Open 6 mos ago, still has that, "new car smell" about it. ;-) Attractive property outside & in; and both residents & operating staff friendly & welcoming. Special t/y to AdminDirector, Mike Sherman for assistance & answering all questions - even a couple I didn't even think to ask.

I’ve been a resident of Affinity at Broadmoor since Feb 10. And I feel like I’ve been living here my whole life. The amenities are amazing and available 24 hours a day/night. The website is a VERY good one but if you come visit it will blow your mind even more. I’ve made so many new friends and it’s such a blessing to know I can live without being lonely with so many activities to choose from. As for management, they spoil us so much. Kimberly is just the bubbly positive energy we need, always smiling and helpful. Mike is that reassuring and very pleasant manager who tends to our requests quickly. Rick, Robbie and Irma keep the place looking fresh and new. I could go on and on but you really have to experience this place. Come see for yourselves AND participate in the two events management put on each month. I promise you won’t want to live anywhere else. I never dreamed of ending up in such a beautiful home. Very safe. Very affordable given ALL utilities are included in the rent price. Thank you Affinity for making such an amazing complex for Seniors!!

We have had a wonderful experience with receiving information about this apt community and all it's great amenities!!! We feel that we are going to love living here and so will our 2 little dogs!!!!

I learned about Affinity from friends who had signed up to move to the new facility when it opened. I took one look at the floor plans, the amenities, and discussed the pool they intended to have and signed up!! When Affinity opened on October first, I was the second move in. I love Affinity at Broadmoor. We have community activities often and special events. We have everything you need and want. And the pool!! Awesome. Come visit and see for yourself.
