I gladly moved into Affinity of Billings when they opened the new West Building. I had been living in a newer - highly rated - Senor apartment complex (in Billings) for 3 years. Yes, it was a beautiful place to live but I was going broke with their “nickel & dimming ” in addition to their very high Rental/Lease charges. When ai heard there was a new Sr Apt Complex going up with a much lower Rental/Lease price/month - I began checking it out immediately to find out facts for myself. I certainly couldn’t jump from the frying pan into the fire with money being my motivator! I attended an evening presentation “Get to Know Us” by the Owners & prospective Manager @1 of our West-end Hotel/Motels. When the 1 Owner spoke - he delivered a very motivating talk about the mew Affinity that was being built out on Shiloh. He spoke of several interesting points on who the 2 Owners were & how the Affinity’s came to be. It was personal but never-the-less he shared it anyway. Then he spike about MONEY & how it related to these Sr Apt Complexes being built. He said, “we are not going to charge the going rate of these types of Apartments. We want you to move in & really enjoy living @Affinity. We want you to enjoy the amenities provided & the other Residents. We won’t raise your rent so high above what you’ll be paying that it will force you to move out. We want you to enjoy living at Affinity & stay as long as you want

Great location in Billings! These apartments are near just about everything one needs in life. The building is well maintained and the apartments are warm and quiet. But what makes it a wonderful place to live is the amazing staff. From the office, to maintenance, to housekeeping, everyone is so nice and helpful. They are truly a pleasure to know, and always go above and beyond.
