Overview
Addison Place is a vibrant Assisted Living community located in New Castle. We take pride in providing residents with care and assistance in their daily lives. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed Practical Nurse is available onsite to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Our residents participate in a wealth of activities, including walking, cards, shopping and dining trips, and church services. Our residents celebrate birthdays at our monthly birthday parties and provide input for our community at Resident Council meetings.

Addison Place is a warm comfy living space that supports personalized rooms. Staff is experienced and many have been there for years. They work hard to take care of daily needs- laundry, bedding, assistance for residents. Staff are professional and partner well to ensure comfortable, safe care. They reach out to address any concerns and support ongoing conversation with family of resident.

The staff is very kind and attentive. Our church does a worship service at this facility and the staff are on top of it. The facility is always smelling fresh and well lit. The staff are always attentive to the residents and guests. A very pleasant atmosphere. I would want my loved to be a part of this.

Wonderful experience having Mom at Addison Place! It does not feel like a nursing home at all. She is well taken care of. A nurse provides her meds and she has total autonomy within the facility. Her room, clothing and linens are kept clean. Mom loves the meals. I can visit anytime. I would highly recommend this facility!
