Overview
Addison Place is a vibrant Assisted Living community located in New Castle. We take pride in providing residents with care and assistance in their daily lives. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time licensed Practical Nurse is available onsite to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Our residents participate in a wealth of activities, including walking, cards, shopping and dining trips, and church services. Our residents celebrate birthdays at our monthly birthday parties and provide input for our community at Resident Council meetings.

Addison Place is an excellent -homey facility. Our mom moved there 2 months ago and is adjusting well. She get her hair done-gets manicures-is attended to medically and participates in activities. The staff couldn’t be kinder-they are super helpful and attend to mom with loving kindness. We are so thankful for the individualized care she receives. Penny York

Staff are very helpful and happy. Resident here states he feels safe while staying. Walking through the halls staff and residents are always chatting and appear happy

This is where my mother lived the last few months of her life. My sisters and I were there almost every day, and she was given excellent care. The staff treated her more like family than a resident. Even with the problems in dealing with her worsening dementia, they were always very kind and patient. It was a huge relief to know she was in such good hands, and couldn't wander off. If I ever need assisted living, this is where I want to go!
