ActivCare Mission Bay is a residential memory care community, assisted living that specializes in care for those with Alzheimer's or related dementias. Our community is purpose-built for memory care. We offer a spectrum of living options and three levels of memory care. We are Memory Care Experts and are dedicated to enhancing life for those with memory loss. Our specialty trained professional caregivers engage residents in meaningful activities and provide a lively and social community where our residents can thrive. Licensed nurse support is on-site 7 days a week.

Our Loved One lived at ActivCare Mission Bay. Once settled in, I felt a weight had finally been lifted. I could see she was receiving consistent, compassionate care there. They treated her and all the residents with respect, and provided a warm and welcoming environment. They had good communication and were super supportive to the us, the family. The place is clean and attractive, and most importantly they have a team of staff that really cares. From the management, to the front desk, the nurses, med-techs, housekeepers, caregivers and the behind-the-scene workers…they are some of the most caring, patient and hard working people I have met. My mother was a resident at this facility for 4 years and every time I visited I watched the caregivers care for her and the other residents. It didn't matter when I showed up, what was happening, every caregiver without exception was kind, respectful and loving to the residents. I cannot say enough about this facility. I can truly say she was healthier and happier there than I could have made her at home.

ActivCare Mission Bay was beyond what we could have hoped for with the care and attention the entire staff gave to my father until he passed there, peacefully in his sleep. The environment is very clean and pleasing to the eye, with murals depicting different local beach scenes throughout the great room. They are very attentive to every resident and are quick to attend to their individual needs. The structure is fantastic. My father was never bored and felt the love of caregivers daily. We checked out many other memory care facilities before we found this one and we are so grateful we did!

ActivCare Mission Bay is a wonderful facility. My mother has been there for almost 4 years. Everyone is so caring and thorough. They take wonderful care of my mother and keep me informed on her health. It is bright and sunny with several outdoor patios. It smells clean and fresh. My mother says the food is good and the many activities are interesting. I know my mother is in good hands.
