Acoya is an excellent facility for Seniors. I have been a Home Health and Hospice nurse here for 4 years and I can attest to the top notch care and attention that is provided to not only my patients but every resident that lives here. The team truly cares for each and everyone that lives here. They do their best to meet the individual needs and treat everyone with great respect. Housekeeping keeps the rooms tidy and clean, the Chef’s go out their way to prepare delicious meals, the care staff is attentive to all the residents needs. The management team is hands on and knows everyone’s likes and dislikes. Everyone is treated with love and respect. I enjoy working with the team at Acoya and can honestly say it’s been a wonderful time caring for their residents.

My loved one is in memory care now for 10 months. The facility is top notch. The staff all cares so much about the residents and I feel so comforted in knowing he is there and being taken care of. My only concern is why they don't get their washer and dryers fixed in memory care. Of the 10 months of having my loved one there, the washer has been broken for 8 months. The staff has to go to a different part of the facility to do laundry. When I toured the facility I loved the idea that the laundry machines were right there and there was very little chance that the residents items could be mixed up/lost etc and I didn't have to label all of my loved ones items. It would be a lot easier for the staff also. Overall a great place tho!

I am a Hospice nurse with Aviant Hospice and have multiple patients in the facility. I can't express the gratitude I have for the staff and how diligent they are to assist with caring for the residents. I couldn't do it without them. it starts from the top Melissa, ED, Memory Care Supervisor, Jessica and the caregivers particularly Gail, Rachel, Jefie, Janeffer... A great and dedicated group of individuals. It's a honor and pleasure to help you help the residents. ❤️
