My mother has been at Aberdeen Heights in assisted living for a while now. The staff has gone above and beyond my expectations in helping her as her dementia progresses. They have wonderful activities, the dining room feels like a restaurant and their rooms are spacious and accommodating to needs. Thank you Aberdeen!

My mother moved to Aberdeen Heights in 2019 (pre covid) with the intent of using all of the amenities the facility provided. We really had no prior knowledge of Aberdeen other than a previous drive by. Mom started out in independent living, and eventually moved to memory and skilled nursing. We found the building to be beautiful, grounds well kept, activities were fun, the food was delicious, the staff was polite and kept us informed of mom's well being. Overall it was a good experience for mom and our family. My mother in law will more than likely become a resident there.

My Mom has lived here for many years the staff is wonderful to her and she loves her friends and the organized outings they go out to for shopping and Dr visits. Aberdeen is a blessing.

My elderly aunt was recently there for rehab for broken hip. The delays to call bells were inexcusable. 20 minutes and then told she has to wait. And the staff were mean, curt, impatient. Wouldn’t help to bathroom, left wet for hours. Disgraceful
