The entire experience of having our mother at 10 Wilmington has been wonderful in every respect. The residents are all engaged, happy and are treated with such care and respect from every member of the staff. The facility is gorgeous and well-maintainted, the food is delicious and the overall feeling of the community is just so pleasant. I feel so blessed that there is such a place as 10 Wilmington!

10 Wilmington Place is the perfect place for our dad. After trying two other facilities and seeing how they came up short we are so happy that our dad is thriving at 10 Wilmington Place. They have great employees who truly care, they have an abundance of activities for all interests and they have a beautiful facility that feels like a little town to the residents. 10 Wilmington Place Retirement Community has a lot to offer. I got the chance to visit it during their 2025 holiday open house. First off the building is beautiful both inside and out. You can appreciate the history and tall ceilings as soon as you walk in the front door. The entry is beautifully decorated and captures the buildings historical past. Common rooms are very upscale and yet comfortable. There is a wide variety of apartment floor plans. Residents have a small interior entrance to their apartments which they can decorate anyway they choose. The apartments come with a large indoor storage unit right outside each apartment's entrance. The halls have lots of sunlight with windows that look out to views of trees, gardens and nature. There is so much to do there Wii bowling, Movie theater, Pool table, Libraries, Barber and Beauty Salon and a Mini store and mini post office with it's own U.S. mailbox. Walking trails, outdoor concerts and events. The food is gourmet and so good! Everyone I met was very kind and helpful. Based on what I saw I would highly recommend 10 Wilmington place.
