The Reserve at Oswego (formally known as Autumn Leaves of Oswego) is a premier Memory Care community in Oswego, IL near the suburbs of Chicago, that serves the village, along with Montgomery, Plainfield, Naperville, Yorkville, Sandwich and Newark, and the surrounding regions. Our Memory Care provides special care for residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia beyond what a traditional assisted living community can offer.
