    I know several people in this complex and have visited often. The place is new and gorgeous. The low rating is because there is no air conditioning in any of the units. Residents have to install their own air conditioning in the window if they want AC. Additionally, there are signs in the complex saying no smoking allowed and yet there are many residents that smoke in and around the facility. There is very little parking. Barely enough for residents. As long as you don't have friends or family visiting it will be fine. Lastly, it's weird but there is a fenced walkway in front of the front door so no residents, guests or movers or delivery people can ever just walk in the front door. You have to walk to either end of the building and walk up the sidewalk to reach the front door. It's weird. So now you know.

    Annabel was very kind, gave me a nice tour and answered all my questions. As I was leaving, my car wouldn't start and Lily spotted me in the parking lot and went into action grabbing her own jumper cables and jump started my car, right there, in her nice clothes, all by herself! She was amazing, and went above and beyond her responsibilities to someone she had never even met before. Thank you Lily for saving the day! You, Annabel and Marja Acres are lovely!

    Outstanding photos! If you ever get a chance please take a photo of the front of the property that faces North. Vintage at Marja Acres is a prime location that will make you feel as though you are living in a forest setting and with all the shops within a 10 minute drive! Great job USA Properties Funds with this land purchase for affordable housing!

    I’ve been here almost a month and I love it! All of the staff are friendly and very courteous. They really care about their residents. I’m so happy I found my forever home.
