I recently took my husband to Tribute for a respite period of two months to give me a much needed break . From start to finish my experience was perfect . Everyone greeted me with a smile and was available right away for any concerns that I had . The hardworking caretakers were very attentive and patient with everyone in the memory ward . Everyone was greeted by name and it had a family feeling to it . I will miss all these amazing people ! It was a wonderful experience! Thank you Tribute! Linda Sarofim

Is it just me or does this place seem like it’s slowly going downhill since Mr.Brown left. He was always professional and available to families. Everytime I visit tribute now the new director is not available and her door is always closed. While I understand that new management will make changes my grandmother was extremely unhappy about the apparent changes made about the resident counsel. The atmosphere and the care staff seem unhappy and the care is slipping. My grandmother expressed that she is not happy about this new director Brittany and that she is not approachable and doesn’t seem to care at all about the residents. I am not hopeful for the future of tribute with this new leadership. I hope this changes or I will speak to my mom about removing my grandmother.

I can’t say enough glowing things about Tribute at the Glen. My dad moved here in January and they have taken such good care of him and my mother. His experience in the memory care unit at Tribute over the last two months was just phenomenal. He received top notch, loving care from every person there. My mom did too. She came to see him as much as she could and the staff and admins not only knew her, they went out of their way to make sure she was happy with the care my father was receiving and they provided a compassionate listening ear whenever she needed to process her feelings. My dad died on Tuesday and I can’t think of a more loving environment for him to have died in. Less than 12 hours after he died, a big bouquet of flowers from Tribute were delivered to my mom’s house offering condolences. If you can’t keep your loved one at home in their later years, you really can’t ask for a better place to have them spend their remaining time. The elderly are treated with dignity and respect here. They are well loved and taken care of. I’m very happy to chat details with anyone considering this facility – don’t hesitate to reach out. Picture here is of my dad and brother in a visiting area at Tribute - it was taken within the last couple weeks of my dad’s life. He actually seemed happier here than he did when he was at home with my mom.

We truly appreciate the willingness of Tribute at the Glen to allow Heritage Baptist Church to share the gospel of Jesus Christ on Sunday afternoons.
