My family has been very happy with the care my mom receives at Traditions. From our first tour with Nate, we felt that it was the right place for her. The facilities are top notch. The staff is extremely caring. Any issues have been dealt with quickly. I’m especially appreciative of the attention they have to her first few weeks of transition. It made all the difference in the world.

Traditions at Brookside has not only been a seamless transition for my Grandmother, but a place she is happy to call home. As tough as it is to make big decisions for a loved one, the Staff (as a whole) make her feel so comfortable and welcomed. From the second you walk in the door, Patty and Nate make you feel like you’re a part of their own family. If you have questions, concerns, or just want to chat, they will stop everything to do just that. As many options that are out there, we’re so thankful that she is at a community like Traditions at Brookside to deliver great communication, help her make friends, and keep her feeling like she’s part of a team. Thank you so much! Lisa Carter

UNSATISFACTORY CARE & COMMUNICATION IN MEMORY CARE. I noticed one of the 5 star reviews was by someone who didn't disclose that his wife works in Management at this facility. At any rate, I had serious concerns about sub-par care, including medical care & food service despite an attractive building. I took my loved one out when he fell, breaking 2 bones in his face & tearing his rotator cuff. Traditions did not call me or get him proper medical care. I took him to the ER when I came for a visit & found him in pain with a black eye & bleeding cuts on his face. Traditions did not report the injuries to the Board of Health & were cited for their failure to do so. Their main concern seemed to be to protect the corporation from legal action. Yes, it's a for profit business.
