I came in here for my grandma (I’m from Canada) and I have to say I am so impressed by the tour Justin gave us. He had a very kind soul and easily answered any questions we asked. The facility is very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

The Sale Director Justin Broome was very knowledgeable and answered everyone of my questions with such care, concern and empathy. He gave me a great tour. Justin was very professional he knew every resident by name and they knew him and they would light up when they saw him. I could tell that Justin loves his job he has a passion for sure.

Had a fantastic experience with The Reserve. I was looking for a great community with a friendly and active lifestyle for my father and this ended up being it: moved him in just a few days ago and he loves it. There's a lot of freedom but also a notable care and concern for the happiness and well-being of residents. People have been coming up to my father on their own to introduce themselves and to make him feel welcome. He's already making friends! The apartments are nice and the amenities are plentiful. Special thanks to Justin and Lisa Marie who really excel at information and communication. Thanks also for helping us navigate the process of getting my father a place to live and to thrive. This was the first place we looked at and it really set the tone. Very personable and helpful staff. I plan to visit often!

The moment I walked in I felt the great vibes. I’ve been invited to a couple of “happenings“ there since my first tour of “the reserve“ and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE , that works there are truly unbelievably friendly & engage with the residents. They all work like crazy and seem to love it! In particular, I will mention Justin Broome Who gave me my tour originally. I never felt rushed. He spent almost 3 hours with me and my daughter, including lunch in their wonderful restaurant area. I might add the food is truly incredible! I’ve been three different times now and it’s hard not to use the word. “perfect“. I know it must sound like I work for them, but I don’t. I’m trying to clear out my house so I can sell it & move in. I’m READY! But the only sad thing is, I think it will take me months maybe a year to get stuff out of my house where I’ve lived for 50 years. I must give special mentions and praise About Allison, L and Donald McGraw , Well, I just don’t know how they do it. They’re on the move every minute and always with a smile or a joke they are so “In the moment”. You could just feel it. And it feels terrific. I’m 82 & I wish I’d known about this place sooner because I think my husband and I would’ve moved in. But sadly, he died December 1924. So it’s only been five months. I love the programs there & the socialization and the several people that I’ve met that live there. And they all had only good things to say about it! Sincerely, Trish
