My mother lived at the Inn for several years, then transitioned to Compass Rose. We loved both facilities. The caregivers were simply unbelievably kind, understanding and good at their work. The nurses at both facilities were excellent and any time I had questions or concerns, management dealt with them promptly and effectively. The activities and social opportunities meant that my mom’s last years were full of meaning, and when the end of her life came, everyone at Compass Rose did everything they could to make her comfortable and well cared for. We could not have asked for more assistance and support. I will always remember the many acts of kindness and will be forever grateful to the wonderful staff who showed us such love and support.

My mother in law lived here for 3 years and it has been a blessing for her and our family. Her safety, independence and happiness were so important to us during this time and The Terraces made sure she maintained all of those. The staff is wonderful and the facility is beautiful. We are so grateful and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe place for themselves or a family member. I would move in if I met the age requirement 🙂

I had to do an assessment on a resident and from the time I entered the door until I left, I was well received. The rooms and communal areas were clean and tidy and lunch was superb! They also had a gentleman playing tunes on the paino and the dining room was festive with decorations for October fest. I give Westmont of Chico an A+.

The staff makes the Inn so special! Everyone is very caring and they go out of their way to take care of the residents. The rooms and public spaces are well thought out, comfortable and spotless. I highly recommend Westmont’s assisted living - our mom is well cared for and we love coming to visit!
