The Auberge at Plano

This is a gorgeous property, home for my Mother. Misti was so kind and proffesional explaining the entrance procedures. Jennifer went above and beyond to secure a spot and treat my Mom with such personal care. She is very knowledgable concerning the resident's requirements. The other staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mother as well. Would highly recomend this gorgeous place for a loved ones care!

Taelor is a professional young lady who is helpful, conscientious, respectful, dependable and willing to help the entire community of Auberge. She is willing to learn and expand her knowledge base for future growth opportunities.

I am the Lifestyle Director and I have been here for almost a year. I love the culture and mostly the residents! I love having this bond and connection and helping wherever I can! I only wish nice memory care facilities were this nice and close knit when my late grandmother had dementia. I know she would have LOVED it.

We placed my mom at The Auberge of Plano at the beginning of the pandemic after being her caregiver for 10 years. I put a lot of trust in the staff knowing I wouldn’t be able to go in and visit. 2 years later and I am happy to leave a 5 star review for this facility. All of the staff are so kind and caring. Every time I visit mom, there are multiple staff members from housekeeping to management that come by, greet mom by name, give her a hug, and dance with her. She is well cared for and happy. I couldn’t ask for more. The communication from caregivers, nursing, and management has also been great. We’ve been very happy with our care at The Auberge at Plano.
