We are so thankful and feel Blessed to have our family member at Story Point. Our journey has been good from the day one and the staff has always been kind, helpful and part of the reason our aunt now calls this place home! Thanks to each and every staff member at Story Point for loving and caring for all of their residents!

I wish the ratings included negative scale options. Story Point has changed their name several times to rid themselves of bad reviews on multiple rating sites. Of course they were sued as Storie Point, they were horrible as Manor House. I know because my ratings of this exceptionally low quality operation were gone after they changed their name under the same ownership. I do not recommend this facility, as they handed medications off to our family member with dementia and left the room, there were pills everywhere in her room. As her needs increased, we hired sitters to supplement her care, when we hired additional assistance, the care we were paying Manor House for ceased, almost $5,000 a month ended. At one point I broke down and cried, asking her physician, what should $10,000 a month in care look like? It was horrible level of care. End of life should not be like this. April Eidson

I recently toured StoryPoint with my mother. We were impressed with the facility, but more impressed with how the staff interacted with the residents. It was evident that this is a true community.

My neighbors husband Bob lives here. His wife was just informed that her husband in June got beat up so bsd he had to go to the E.R and they didnt take him and they tried to cover it up. We were just called please report this place for trying to cover up Bob getting beat up
