My mother was a long term resident at Renaissance North and felt truly loved and at home there. She began living there four years ago in independent living after selling her home. She adjusted quickly making new friends and enjoying some of the activities. As her needs for help in daily functions grew, she was able to make a new home in the assisted living facility. The familiarity of staff and friends helped to make this move easier. She was set to continue living there but in memory care after a long stay in rehab but unfortunately she wasn’t able to return because of her condition. Originally we selected Renaissance because we felt the friendly and happy vibe of this facility compared to the others we visited. Stephanie gave us all the information we asked for and guided around professionally. After mom moved into assisted living, Monica(who has been a constant source of care and positive assistance) and so many others made us feel at home. Once in assisted living we had the same experience with truly caring and loving people whom we love and will hold in our hearts. Each person we interacted with made my mom feel special and like family. That’s why we had hoped for mom to go to memory care to have the continuity of staff and friends.

Renaissance has been a great experience for my loved ones and has provided the care and respect we have needed for them. Stephanie has been wonderful to work with from our initial tour, to setting up my loved ones in their new apartment to the resident care she has shown throughout. We are very impressed with both Stephanie and the property as a whole.

Lots of reasons & staff that make Renaissance such a great place to live! I’ve made such dear friends here that really have become family! The entertainers that come here are the best I’ve seen anywhere! Dining is always a sit down service with menu’s and a good variety of choices. Angelina, DJ, & JJ make our meals a great experience! No one tops Alex he is the very best & we all adore him! Crystal at the receptionist desk is always pleasant. Addie in housekeeping keeps everything sparkling when she’s done cleaning your room. And last but certainly not least would be Monica, she’s truly one of a kind, so knowledgeable on all things & willing to do anything to help!

Seven years ago my mother's doctor said that she needed to go somewhere so she could receive the care that was needed. At that time she and my dad decided that Renaissance was that place. Monica was very helpful in all aspects of moving in and getting settled, and continues even to today. All the staff are kind and considerate and most helpful. Memory care was eventually needed for my mother, and the care she received there was outstanding. A year and a half ago I moved my elderly uncle in the facility as well. I would highly recommend that if you have a need for assisted living, that you consider Renaissance of North Tampa. Rick Redding
