Park Residences Plano

We moved into Park Residences Plano this past December. We have lived in two other 55+ communities in the past and Park Residences is a significantly better place to live. The management is very responsive to resident requests and workmen respond quickly, often within the hour. The cottages have attached garages serving for extra storage space, and protection of your car from the bad weather events for which the Dallas area is famous! The Activity Director and her staff plan pleasant activities and residents operate activities of their choice. I enjoy the hand sewing group that meets once/week and the Meet & Greet meal on Friday afternoons. We also enjoy the movies in the beautiful movie theater, and the excellent machines in the large fitness center. Our electric bill during this past freezing weather for a week was only $98, very reasonable. The water bill around $25, even though we dripped water each night for a week. We are SO GLAD we found Park Residences Plano and expect to live here for many years. It is a great place to live and the other residents are very friendly and kind.

I cannot say enough great things about Park Residences Plano! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The community is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff—especially Gwen and Lily. They are warm, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns promptly, or just greeting you with a smile, they genuinely care about creating a positive living experience. Their kindness and professionalism make all the difference!

I've lived in a few senior residences in different cities in the US...this one is the best one. Easy application and great management team. The activities provided has something for everyone. There is a indoor heated pool, a theater, a workout facility and an outdoor activity area. This neighborhood is close to great shopping and eateries and not far from major freeways.

Just moved here a month ago and I absolutely love my cottage! The staff are warm and welcoming, I love popping in every chance I get and chatting with them.
