DO NOT LET ANYONE LIVE HERE! On 4/11/24, my parents are due to move out on 4/12/24, we went by to get the rest of the belongings, and everything is GONE! No one in the leasing office will speak to us, and the sales manager DANA just hangs up and refuses to now answer the phone. She hung up mid-sentence on me and then when she finally did pick up again, she immediately told me that I was harassing her even though I have never spoke to this woman in my life until today for about 60 seconds. WHERE ARE MY PARENTS THINGS?!!!!! You illegally entered their home and threw out their stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My father lived at Lincoln Tower for two months before the elevator went out in the section he lived in. Independent and driving when he moved in. He was not able to go downstairs for meals or socializing, and had physical and mental decline over a three month period while elevator was down, yes not working for three months. May still down. Finally we moved him to an assisted living as he declined rapidly at Lincoln Towers. The property is understaffed, the employees that were there are all helpful and kind and that is where the one star comes in. Holiday senior living is completely mismanaging this facility and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Called for on pricing. The man was rude and hung up on me. I know I gave yall a one star before but Kaci and Ivy made up for it all. Thank you for your kindness and love while I was trying to find a place for my dad to stay. It was a journey but I appreciate everything yall did and do for your residents.

The elderly stranded in floors without elevator for the past four days. . Some must have dialysis by the fire department. They blame it in Otis one of the largest elevator companies in the world.
