This building offers a warm, welcoming environment with caring and attentive staff. Residents enjoy a variety of activities and are well cared for both physically and emotionally. The staff members are highly professional creating a safe and supportive atmosphere. Family members appreciate the open communication and personalized care provided to each resident. Overall it’s a wonderful place for seniors to live comfortably and with dignity. If I could give them 10 stars, I would

I'm a Corporate Guardian for two of the people who reside in the memory care portion of this facility. I travel a lot and visit clients who reside in retirement homes, senior living centers, and many other special care facilities for elderly adults. Caretta takes the lead in this type of facility. The staff are always upbeat, friendly, and very helpful regardless of the situation. They call all of their residents by their first names and are never too busy to listen to the residents or bring them a special invitation to participate in a special activity. I would give this place 10/10. If one of my family members needed a facility like this, I could guarantee you this place would be where I would place them. No questions asked. This facility goes above and beyond for each and every client. You are doing a fantastic Job Caretta. The rest should follow your lead. Thank you for all that you do. You truly are the best of the best. I'm so happy that they are in your care. Lori Seitz Central WI Guardianship Services, Inc.

We love Caretta! We have jointly been working with Caretta for over a year with their residents doing one on one services as requested by the family. Seeing how the staff interact with the clients and the care they take with their clients is amazing. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the employees are so helpful! I go into many facilities in the area and Caretta deserves a 5 star rating in all areas. Thank you for all that you and your team do for all of your residents! We appreciate you!

Private pay, yet they don’t ensure residents services that residents pay for, are being provided. In fact, when a staff member brings to managements attention that showers/toileting are not being completed (for no reason other than neglectful staff didn’t want to do it) management doesn’t want to hear it, and certainly will not address the staff who is neglecting these services. Everything is swept under rug, as long as family members don’t see! Perfect example of this is there was a resident on memory care, who was covered in bm and was smearing it all over her room, due to her confusion. The RCA Kari, then started yelling at the resident, stating “what are you doing, this is disgusting, why would you do this?!” When this was reported to management, they responded that they would just be having a conversation with her, to educate her on how to talk to dementia residents. But, they also said if a family member would have seen her acting this way to resident, that there would have been consequences! That is scary that this is the integrity of staff, and even management here! Staff always gossiping, never a relaxed, inviting environment, always hostile. Went through 2 DONs(the good one left after only like 6 months), and they are on the 3rd activity director, in the 2 years they’ve been open. They don’t take any accountability to why they cannot seem to retain staff, everything is sorry you feel that way to them. When I wrote my resignation letter, I told management my main reasons were due to neglect of residents, and unfair treatment of staff members. They just said sorry you feel that way, not wanting to know who was neglecting residents needs. Again, scary. Proceed with caution.
