With assisted living, our trained caregivers are here to assist with daily living activities, manage your medications, arrange transportation, and coordinate with your outside healthcare providers. We’ll also take care of your housekeeping and laundry. Letting us handle these tasks means you’ll have more time to maintain your independent and active lifestyle, whether that’s going on an afternoon walk, attending a wine and cheese social, or meeting some pals for a night of live jazz music. And our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
Our apartments come in a variety of floor plans, which include ample living space, a bathroom, kitchen and storage space. Each home is fully customizable to your individual decorating preferences. You’ll also enjoy lounging in our charming fireside living room, trying something new in our activity room, movie nights in the screening room, or getting some fresh air in our gorgeous outdoor courtyard. We also have an on-site barbershop and salon, scenic outdoor walking paths, and a sunny garden to unwind in.
And if you’re looking for activities, we have plenty of those. You’ll never be bored with our daily calendar of events. Start your day with a fitness class, try your hand at some brain games, head out on an organized scenic drive, or do some mindful adult coloring. There are also birthday celebrations, parties and holiday festivities to look forward to. And that’s just a taste of the many things we have to offer!

I appreciate so many of the staff at Brookdale Medford who make the community a warm and welcome home for the residents. The environment is comfortable and the activities are engaging. My mother is 92 years old and very independent yet. I feel comforted to know that at any time, day or night, she may have need of assistance, it is available to her at the press of a button. I love going there and seeing the happy faces, both residents and staff.

Brookdale Medford has been the best choice in the Rogue Valley for my mother. Brookdale, is moms home away from home. It is inviting, warm, cozy and safe. The management is extremely great to work with. The care team and staff are a blessing. They all really care and love mom. Even the chef is friendly and available to talk with. Super friendly staff, always with a smile to say hello. Caregiving is a hard job, but you wouldn't see this in Brookdale's staff, they have grace and compassion for the residence. Location was huge for our family. Brookdale is located close to Asante Hospital and moms Primary Care Physician, less than a mile away. A local grocery store half a mile up the road, two miles to I-5. Brookdale could not be in a more perfect location with the beautiful mountain views and garden setting. I could not be more satisfied with the care mom gets. Even in an event that mom was sick, they all come together as a team to help her with her needs and make her feel comfortable. Always in communication with me for suggestions or something mom may need. If anyone is looking for a place to have your loved one go to, I could not be more happy with the love and care Brookdale has for their residence. Let me tell you, I am a picky daughter who cares and loves her mother deeply. This is my husband computer, I am Melissa McKenzie :)

We couldn’t be more grateful for Brookdale Senior Living. Knowing that both of my parents can stay together in a place that truly feels like home brings our entire family so much peace of mind. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—they treat our parents like their own. It means the world to us to have them in a community where their safety, health, and happiness are clearly a top priority. We don’t have to worry, because we know they’re not just being looked after—they’re being cared for. Brookdale has made a difficult transition feel comforting and seamless. We’re so thankful to have found a place where our parents can stay together and continue making memories in a supportive, welcoming environment.

My father moved in to Brookdale two weeks ago, and while a transition to a new home can be difficult, Brittany, Gary, Tanya, Autumn, Paja and the entire staff at Brookdale have helped make this change easier for my dad than I could have ever hoped for. They are caring, responsive, and communicative, and they've encouraged my dad to join various activities and events, and he's already met really nice people and is making new friends. Brookdale is a clean and inviting community, and I'm grateful for the warm reception my dad received from both staff and residents. Searching for an assisted living community for a loved one can be overwhelming. The sales manager Veronica eliminated all of the stress. She regularly contacted me to provide information about Brookdale Medford, answered questions, offered suggestions and resources whenever I asked. Mostly, she cares at her core for each resident and their families. Thank you!
