Bay Pointe Assisted Living & Marine Courte Memory Care

Our company has worked as a service vendor for Bay Pointe for several years, and I can say they are definitely a great choice! The staff are extremely nice and the residents are always happy! I also definitely appreciate the cleanliness of the entire facility. Always good vibes 🤙

My Mom has lived at Marine Court memory care for nearly 6 months now and we have really appreciated the caring, team centric approach which starts at the very top with a Haley (executive director) and Jessica (sales director) as well as Tommy the memory care side resident director. Jessica in particular has gone far and beyond to answer all of our family’s questions and make our entire family feel welcome. Tommy has done a fantastic job making mom feel as comfortable as possible given that it’s an entirely new experience for her. The care team itself is fantastic - I really can’t say enough about how positive the experience has been so far.

If you're looking for a facility for mom or dad: wonderful care staff that will make your loved one feel right at home. The area of the facility is beautifully tucked away from traffic and city noise, while still being close enough to home for easy visits. The common areas are well-maintained, med staff are very attentive and accurate, and the overall cleanliness and variety of activities and events for residents are both great highlights. Definitely a place where your loved one can thrive. Dietary is not the most efficient, and many community members I have met in the city in the 4 yeaes I have lived in Bremerton have remarked that the staff turnover is high due to a chef with (allegedly) a cruel temper. Servers are diligent, and despite the (alleged) stressful environment the staff are clearly trying their best. To summarize: overall a very pleasant and well-maintained property. Decent pricing and accessibility, lovely care for residents, attentive and caring staff. Kitchen could be more efficient and friendly to mininize resident and staff stress, but otherwise a stunning place to bring your loved one who needs a little extra love and care in this chapter of their life.

After touring a few assisted living facilities, it was clear Bay Pointe was going to be my Dad's new home. They have been extremely helpful navigating us through the assisted living process. The staff is AMAZING and they have taken the best care of him so far. Their food options are delicious too! If you are looking for a clean, community like family setting, with activities and great care, this is it.
